Week 4 then tackles the second half of the Hybrid System which is how to conduct cold outreach away from the Upwork platform.
so even if you are not 18, or you do not want to use Upwork to bag smaller ticket clients, then you can skip right on over to week 4 where you will be taught in extreme detail: How to source leads remarkably quickly, how to then qualify those leads using the ‘Reverse Prospecting’ method (another method you will not find anywhere else, that took Montell 4 years to develop and perfect) and how to personalise all your outreach.
Week 4 also teaches you how to then find, hire, vet and then train your VA’s so that they are able to conduct enormous amounts of outreach for you daily, without you needing to lift a finger.
This allows you to set meetings on your calendar every single day without having to spend ridiculous amounts of time; finding leads, qualifying them and then personalising your messages.
This right here is something notoriously skipped over by 99% of the big names in the industry as most people are still using the ancient obsolete ways of finding leads such as D7 lead finder, Lead carrot, Myip.ms or worst of all that excessively slow method called the “Instagram algorithm hop” method where you take an Instagram brand that’s a 10/10 fit for your agency and then find them on Instagram so that Instagram can suggest similar pages to that brand.
It’s a good method, but if our Grandma’s knew how to build an agency, that’s probably the sluggish method they would use. Seriously, it even used to take Montell 3-5 hours a day just trying to find leads this way.
We’ve heard plenty of horror stories about people conducting just 15 pieces of outreach per day and it taking 10 hours of their time! (Nope that’s not a typo!)
This is where the ‘Reverse Prospecting system’ comes into play.

Week 5: Becoming A Sales Rainmaker
Week 5 will be covering everything you need to know about taking sales calls, handling objections, closing deals and becoming an overall rainmaker.
Whilst most of the big names in the industry aren’t even taking their own sales calls anymore because they’ve outsourced them and are thus starting to get rusty, Montell refuses to outsource his sales calls because he knows it’s the number 1 skill to have. Not just as an agency owner but as an entrepreneur.
Montell now has conducted, by himself, over 1,150+ sales calls between his businesses, in which every single one of them sells some sort of service just as an agency does, meaning all the sales experience Montell has will be directly transferable to you and instantly downloaded into your brain just by watching week 5 and following the actions steps…
All without having to spend 1,000’s of hours of your time on painstakingly difficult sales calls, getting rejected over and over again due to obvious rookie mistakes.
In week 5 you will learn how to become a master of sales even if you’ve never sold anything before in your life. You will learn how to handle any objection thrown at you so you know exactly how to deal with any objection before they even arise.
You’ll also learn NLP which stands for Neurolinguistic programming which is a subtle psychological approach to sales that involves implementing top-of-the-line sales strategies that allow you to change someone’s thoughts & behaviours to help you achieve the desired outcome from them in a non ‘salesy’, cheesy or manipulative way.
The funny thing is this works even if you are young, don’t have the most fluent English and even if you have zero sales experience.
Because believe it or not, it’s not ‘you’ or your ‘service’ that matters, it’s about what the other person wants & desires and if you can grasp what other people truly want at their core and you can give it to them, you will never go hungry ever again.
Montell can vouch heavily for this because even to this day, he’s never worked a single day in his life at any sort of day job, ever… Not even a single second and that’s due to his ability to sell things people want.
It wasn’t always like this though, Montell’s number one weakness, at one point was sales funnily enough.

Week 6: Service Delivery, Team Management & Client Retention

During Week 6, you’ll learn everything from how to deal with, manage and retain both social media management clients as well as Facebook ads clients.
The program will go into extreme depth on how to deliver results for both SM management clients and Facebook ads even post IOS14, 15 and 16!
(Even if you do not offer either of those services and you offer something completely different, you will still learn how to find experts in your respective field so you can still offer that service despite it being totally different).
That said, Week 6 will show you how to craft content for clients from the ground up (if you are offering social media management) and it will also show you how to craft Facebook ads that actually work from A-Z, even if you have never ran a single ad before in your life.
All the tools, software and process will be given to you in this week in the form of training along with accompanying plug & play sheets so you’ll know exactly how to keep your clients happy and retain them for longer which means you won’t lose them after month 1!
Week 6 also teaches you how to manage client communications between you, your team and your clients via Slack as well as how to set the right expectation and how to ensure you are doing the right things for your clients so that they are fully satisfied with your agency services.
EVEN if you are a complete beginner.
Week 6 will include how to craft ads from scratch, what budgets to set for clients, how to craft expert-level ad copy that works and how to go about creating the creatives for the ads… No stone will be left unturned.
Then to top all of this off, the program will show you again how to outsource all of the service delivery work to either an expert Media Buyer or a highly trained Social Media Manager so that you do not have to do the service delivery yourself if you do not want to.
The best thing about Week 6 is that even if you offer a service other than Facebook ads or SM Management because this program does not teach gimmicks you’ll be shown how to go about finding, vetting and leveraging experts in any service so that you can close any sorts of clients you want for any kind of service.
So it does not matter if you are offering, web-design, email marketing, TikTok ads/TikTok management, YouTube ads or even Google ads etc…
This program will teach you how to find team members in each one of those areas due to the methodologies taught being transferable, enabling you to adapt them to suit your own unique niche and your own unique services, no matter what those happen to be.
