David Tannehill, Brian Snyders – Sepsis

Learning Objectives:
·    Articulate the definitions of sepsis and septic shock.
·    Assess a new patient presentation for the likelihood of sepsis shock.
·    Efficiently execute the care needed to initially care for the sepsis and septic shock patient.
·    Employ strategies to improve compliance with the SEP-1 Core Measure. 

Accreditation Statements:
The Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. MAOPS designates this program for a maximum of 2.25 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation.

Grievance Policy:
