The Story

"…For me, I’ve become kind of re-enchanted. I’ve had a new appreciation for shamanism, a new appreciation for the idea of being able to enter into resonance with the plant spirits. To be able to commune with their wisdom. I think there is something of a genuine spiritual, transformative potential there.

However, actually taking the substance itself in gross form may not be the best way to do that. Now that we’re actually understanding how to use some of these very powerful, spiritual carrier waves to extract the energetic signature of a plant substance, capture it, and amplify it in digital form, now we have what I consider to be a really exciting opportunity to be able to commune with the actual spirit of the plant devoid of any sort of gross aspects of the plant that can often be very disturbing to consciousness.

So, what I find is when you actually, with the biofield technology, extract the energetic signature of some of these substances, the spiritual consciousness enhancing effect can often be quite profound. But without the – just like I said – a lot of the gross, crazy things that can come with actually taking the substance. It’s much easier to actually grok the essence of the plant with grace in a way that allows your consciousness to integrate the wisdom because basically, you have the opportunity to play the biofield technology as often as you want, anytime you want. It’s not necessarily going to have the same gross hallucinogenic properties that the gross substance will, but the essence is there. The essence is still there. I wanted to capture that in a recording.

I also wanted to see if I can take the brainwave entrainment aspect to a new level to where it could really create this gross and subtle shift into a truly shamanic state of consciousness.

These substances have great capacity to trigger very powerful serotonergic actions within the brain and thereby have a really positive effect on mood. There’s something about, like psilocybin for example, that can actually bring even the most depressed out of a depression, particularly the day after it’s been used, because of its effect on serotonin – ayahuasca as well. There’s been research showing that monthly, like once a month, use can have an effect on the receptor sites for serotonin and the brain such that they actually become more sensitive to serotonin, so less serotonin is actually needed to get big effects. They have this effect even when you’re not using it. There definitely does seem to be some healing aspects to these."

Absolutely phenomenal. My shamanic journeying was flowing and effortless. It really helped me get out of my own way, so there wasn't this mind thought that I was making it all up. Of course on some level I am, but it was like there was no separation going on within that dance. Every time I had amazing experiences. I found visualisation easy and colourful, the meditation was deep (super deep in fact), experienced a lot of Kriya especially in second half every time i listened, pineal pressure, and every time effortlessly experienced a golden-white-silver light which was blissful. Found the asking questions of power animal etc flowing and easy. I swear I can feel ayahuasca, it feels very similar to psylocybin mushrooms, and feels like the presence of a cool forest and feminine energy which I recognise. Like a nostalgia. Lots of deja vu. Also, the first day after falling asleep to VQ, the entire day was blissful and Non Duality was super intense. I find that this CD is especially useful at getting me into a Non Dual state, and I swear ever since I have been on the Non Dual vibe very strongly.

Being able to see the bigger picture and focus on the right kind of action in your life is an amazing gift. Instead of doing only busy work we can focus our energy in doing something great. I feel VisionQuest helps a lot in not only getting clear on the more important stuff but also naturally translate this to action. It seems that the tracks combined with a clear purpose translate into real action. We'll see if that continues but I think that's amazing. I used the tracks maybe 5 times now. Will start using them more because of the positive impact in the real world. I would say the other tracks let you focus and do more stuff etc. but the difference with this track is that it works more on doing the right kind of stuff.
