We address these conversations and lay down the training wheels for this to be SO MUCH MORE FLOWY and less fear driven, less anxiety filled and to be redirected to a one-way flow of love ONLY. Meaning that if these convos are filled with angst and terror – you’re feeding your mind and energy with that!
