• PROGRAM INTRODUCTION ”This is my own favorite way to train!
• It combines the best elements of training for maximum muscle growth and building limit strength.
• In order to achieve this, three distinct types of training are blended in together: 1) optimal hypertrophy training for natural individuals 2) strength-skill work to build maximum strength and 3) maximum effort method to learn to display strength in an all-out effort.
• As a result, you will build a significant amount of muscle mass and will achieve as much 15% strength gains on the big lifts (some might get even more).
• Not to mention aesthetics: you will look thicker and more solid, even at rest.
