• It is a journey of exploration, discovery and wonder.DetailsEach week you will receive a link to the Training which will include written & audio ‘teachings’ as well as a guided experience.

• Each module of study is 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour and will guide you in an exploration of different aspects of your perception: sight, hearing, sensation, movement, understanding.Integrative assignments, designed to help expand the study into your daily life, range from 5 minutes daily, to a suggested repetition of the Guided Experience up to 3 times in a week.Requirements• Approximately 30 minutes of undisturbed time & space for the once weekly email.
