• Your Journey to Greater Wellness and Happiness Begins HereIf you have been wanting to try Yoga but haven’t felt ready to take a public yoga class, this course will help you grow in knowledge and confidence.You will learn foundational yoga poses that will increase flexibility, build strength and improve your balance.

• You will also learn how to modify poses to accommodate physical limitations, and how to use blocks and other props to optimize your yoga practice.The course contains four classes, each about 60 minutes in length.

• The classes are progressive in nature allowing you to gently build up your strength.

• Additionally there are instructional videos on certain poses so that you can learn them before encountering them in the classes.The course format allows for interaction with the instructor by allowing the student to post questions in a comment section, so that extra clarity and encouragement can be given as needed.Your InstructorJennifer KathleenI am a classically trained vocalist, a singer/songwriter, a vocal instructor, a meditation teacher, and E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance).
